¿Quiénes somos? / Who Are We?
Somos una congregación CRISTOCÉNTRICA, sirviendo a las familias hispanas en el área de la bahía; cómo Comunidad Cristiana, nuestro corazón late con pasión, para ofrecer el amor y calidez que viene de Jesucristo.
We are a CHRISTOCENTRIC congregation serving Hispanic families in the Bay Area. As a Christian Community, our heart beats with passion to offer the love and warmth that comes from Jesus Christ.
Nuestra Creencia es firme: Creemos en Dios Padre, Dios Hijo y Dios Espíritu Santo, Bendita Trinidad.
Our Belief is firm: We believe in God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit — the Blessed Trinity.
Nuestra Misión: Es clara, basada en el mandato que Jesucristo nos asignó: Mateo 28:19 — Por tanto, id, y haced discípulos a todas las naciones, bautizándolos en el nombre del Padre, y del Hijo, y del Espíritu Santo; enseñándoles que guarden todas las cosas que os he mandado; y he aquí yo estoy con vosotros todos los días, hasta el fin del mundo.
Our Mission is clear, based on the command Jesus Christ gave us: Matthew 28:19 — Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.
También como congregación seguimos el orden bíblico establecido en Efesios 4:11 — “Los cinco ministerios dados a la iglesia.” Es por ello que la estructura ministerial vigente es: Pastor Principal – Pastor Asistente – Ancianos – Líderes de Ministerios – Congregación en general. Hoy día Comunidad Cristiana sueña en convertirse en una de las iglesias hispanas más crecientes e influyentes en Silicon Valley, llevando el mensaje de Amor y Esperanza que nuestro Señor Jesucristo nos dejó.
As a congregation we also follow the biblical order established in Ephesians 4:11 — “The five ministries given to the church.” Our ministerial structure is: Lead Pastor – Associate Pastor – Elders – Ministry Leaders – Congregation. Today, Comunidad Cristiana dreams of becoming one of the most growing and influential Hispanic churches in Silicon Valley, carrying the message of Love and Hope that our Lord Jesus Christ left us.
